今天,我是专程到市档案局来的,市委、市政府分管档案工作的两位副秘书长也来了。刚才听了你们的汇报,参观了市档案馆,现在简单地谈几点意见。第一,要把档案事业的发展列入各项规划中去。党中央、国务院1985年就发了文件,要求把档案工作作为一项事业列入国民经济和社会发展规划。这是很重要的一个指示。全党、全国各个部门都要努力加以贯彻。经过几年来的宣传,我们多数同志还是能认识到档案工作的重要性的。但是,恐怕也有为数不少的同志口头上“认识”,实际上还没有真正在行动上贯彻,没有真正提到议事日程上来。党中央、国务院前年就指出,“档案工作是维护党和国家历史真实面貌的重要事业,是党和国家各项建设事业必不可少的环节”。但
