孟子云:“诚者,天之道也,思诚者,人之道也。”诚信、承诺是每一个汽车企业的根基,出售的每一款车型产品,提供的每一次售后服务,发布的每一个汽车政策,举起的每一面维权大旗都包含着承诺,这些承诺构建了信赖,成就了销量,保护了权益。在又一年3·15消费者权益日之时,我们调查了58个汽车品牌的服务承诺,采访了1000名消费者和相关人士完成了汽车品牌服务承诺完成度排行、汽车三包政策调查以及汽车维权现状分析,更揭示了汽车经销商不为人知的内幕,为您展示关于承诺的力量。
