新疆地处祖国西北边疆,其光热水土资源、矿产资源、区位人文资源极为富集、独特,依托丰富的能源资源的开发,新疆的经济建设取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就,同时也使新疆在我国能源产业发展中的战略地位日益凸显。在我国未来能源战略安全的大格局中,新疆不仅有着能源生产战略基地的地位,而且也是重要的能源进口战略通道。新世纪新阶段,要充分发挥新疆能源资源得天独厚的优势,倾力打造未来中国的动力源,为国家能源战略安全作出更大的贡献。
Xinjiang is located in the northwestern frontier of the motherland. Its light, hot water, soil and water resources, mineral resources and geographical and cultural resources are extremely rich and unique. Relying on the development of abundant energy resources, Xinjiang has made brilliant achievements in attracting worldwide attention. At the same time, China’s energy industry has become increasingly prominent strategic position. In the broad pattern of China’s future energy strategy and security, Xinjiang not only has a strategic base for energy production, but also is an important strategic channel for energy imports.
