通过对《中国3368》项目生态效益监测数据的汇总、整编,分析了工程项目实施效果的生态环境变化趋势。认为通过工程项目的实施,项目区的森林覆被率增加了7.8个百分点;灌丛地造林4年后,土壤侵蚀比造林前减少56%~90%;坡耕地退耕造林3年后,土壤侵蚀量比退耕前减少95%以上;森林覆被率高的小流域其径流系数和悬移质输沙模数分别比森林覆被率低的小流域低5.9倍和11.2倍.
Through the compilation of the monitoring data of ecological benefits in “China 3368” project, the trend of ecological environment of the project implementation effect was analyzed and compiled. It is considered that through the implementation of the project, the forest cover rate of the project area increased by 7.8%; after 4 years of afforestation, the soil erosion decreased by 56% -90% compared with that before afforestation; 3 years after the afforestation on the sloping land, The amount of runoff coefficient and the suspended sediment transport modulus in the small watershed with high forest cover rate were 5.9 and 11.2 times lower than those in the low watershed with the low forest cover rate respectively.
