随着输送长度和运行带速的增加,带式输送机的动态特性对输送机安全运行的影响越来越大,特别是启制动工况。运用ADAMS软件建立了带式输送机虚拟样机简化模型,并对启动过程进行了动态特性的仿真分析,得出了动态特性对时间的变化规律:动张力峰值一般出现在加速度最大的时间点附近,且随着启动时间的加长而峰值降低,启动时间在某一个数值以下时,可通过延长启动时间来达到改善带式输送机动态性能的目的。可为带式输送机动态特性的分析和研究提供一种新的方法。
With the increase of conveying length and operating belt speed, the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyors have more and more influence on the safe operation of conveyors, especially the start-up condition. The ADAMS software was used to establish a simplified model of the virtual prototype of the belt conveyor. The dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor were simulated and analyzed.
