目前,部分国有煤炭企业在职职工的养老“断保”现象时有发生,而养老“断保”的实际后果,现并未引起广大职工及其用人单位的应有重视。因此,妥善解决处理在职养老“断保”的问题,已成为在劳动关系日益市场化的条件下,健全和完善社会保障体系所面临的一个突出课题。
At present, the phenomenon of “end-of-life insurance” for the employed workers in some state-owned coal enterprises has occurred from time to time. However, the actual consequences of end-of-life “end-of-life insurance” have not aroused the due attention of the broad masses of workers and their employers. Therefore, to properly handle the issue of “breaking insurance coverage” for on-the-job pensioners has become a prominent issue facing the improvement and perfection of the social security system under the conditions of increasingly marketized labor relations.
