林业营林生产的发展不仅仅关乎国家经济的增长,还关系到整个社会的生存环境,值得我们重点注意。我国林业营林建设处于初级阶段,相关制度规范都不够完善,在林业发展的过程中可能会出现很多的问题。我们要找到林业发展问题的关键,解决问题,健全规范,尽快让我国的林业营林建设步入正轨。国家作为人与自然的协调者,要发挥自己的积极作用,指定合理科学的发展路线,加大绿林植被面积,加快林业营林的成熟发展。
