针对304不锈钢热轧板和冷轧板的表面线缺陷问题,通过对热轧板和冷轧板取样,使用扫描电镜和能谱仪观察了试样线缺陷表面,并进一步对冷轧板线缺陷的纵剖面进行了观察,分析了线缺陷的成因及形成机理。在热轧板线缺陷表面和冷轧板线缺陷纵剖面都发现了许多大尺寸的碳质颗粒,这些碳质颗粒来源于结晶器保护渣的卷入;位于连铸坯表面的碳质颗粒会导致热轧板表面线缺陷,酸洗无法消除这类表面缺陷问题;合格热轧板内的碳质颗粒易导致冷轧板的表面线缺陷。

A large number of large sized carbonaceous particles are found on the surface of the hot-rolled steel sheet and the defects of the cold-rolled steel sheet. The carbonaceous particles originate from the entrainment of the mold powder. The carbonaceous particles on the surface of the continuous casting slab Lead to hot-rolled sheet surface line defects, pickling can not eliminate such surface defects; qualified hot-rolled sheet of carbon particles easily lead to cold-rolled sheet surface defects.
