全程无痛性肉眼血尿为症状的出血性肾囊肿临床罕见,我们2009-01收治1例,现将其临床资料进行回顾性分析如下。1病历摘要男,46岁,已婚,工人。因全程无痛性肉眼血尿3 d入院。无发热、畏寒,无腹痛、腹泻,无恶心、呕吐,无外伤史。体检:心肺无异常,肝脾未触及,双肾区未及包块、无叩痛
The whole process of painless gross hematuria as a symptom of hemorrhagic renal cysts is rare, we admitted in 2009-01, its clinical data are retrospectively analyzed as follows. Summary of medical records Male, 46 years old, married, worker. Because of the whole painless gross hematuria 3 d admission. No fever, chills, no abdominal pain, diarrhea, no nausea, vomiting, no history of trauma. Physical examination: no abnormal heart and lung, liver and spleen not touched, kidney area and mass, no percussion pain
