我国现阶段的八个民主党派,是具有相当规模的政治组织,在我国政治生活和社会主义建设实践中已成为一支举足轻重的社会力量。正确认识民主党派的社会性质,对于进一步完善和发展共产党领导的多党合作制度,对于充分发挥民主党派在民主政治建设、经济建设、思想文化建设的积极作用,对于按照“和平统一,一国两制”的原则最终完成祖国统一大业,对于加强民主党派自身的建设都有着极其重要的意义。
The eight democratic parties in our country at this stage are political organizations with a considerable size and have become a pivotal social force in the political and social construction in our country.
