为了探索用激光二极管端面泵浦a轴切割的掺钕氟化钇锂晶体(Nd∶Li YF4,Nd:YLF)在4F3/2G4I13/2能级上跃迁所产生激光波长的可调谐性,通过采用光纤耦合输出的激光二极管作为泵浦源,以Nd∶Li YF4晶体作为激光工作物质,采用两镜线型腔和三镜V型腔两种装置进行自由激射实验,研究了a轴切割的Nd∶Li YF4晶体在1.3μm近红外波段的辐射特性,并通过在中间放置选频原件FGP干涉仪,测量出了输入输出功率特性曲线和输出频谱,进而获得Nd:YLF晶体在1.3μm的可调谐输出,并首次调节出了1370nm激光波长.
In order to explore the tunability of the laser wavelength generated by the 4F3 / 2G4I13 / 2 transition on the 4F3 / 2G4I13 / 2 transitions of a Nd: Yf4 (Nd: YF4, Nd: YLF) laser cut by laser diode end- The fiber-coupled laser diode is used as the pump source, Nd: Li YF4 crystal is used as the laser working substance, two lasers and two mirrors are used to carry out lasing experiment.
