中国第一套邮票——大龙邮票设计者究竟是谁,120多年以来中国集邮爱好者乃至世界许多专家众口纷纭、迷离惝恍。本人既不是集邮权威人士也不是邮政专家,但在10多年通过浩如烟海、卷帙浩繁的海关档案资料的熟悉、研究和利用过程中,对大龙邮票设计者的问题,通过旁搜远绍、旁征博引,产生了“愚者千虑,必有一得”之灵感,供行家们指正和参考。越来越感到欣慰的是,中国第一套大龙邮票设计者端倪渐显——那是法国人德·拉一律(De la Rue)。
