脂质体是由磷脂双层构成的具有水相内核的脂质微囊。在其水相和脂质双分子层组成的膜内可以包裹多种物质,这使它成为一种新型的靶向给药制剂。该制剂具有靶向、长效、低毒、缓释、无免疫原性及保护包封药物等优点,已备受国内外广大医学研究者的关注,并且其研究发展的速度相当惊人。目前其应用已遍及生命科学及膜工程学等领域,并逐渐向临床应用发展。本文就脂质体在医学中应用的最新进展,尤其是它在口腔医学中的应用情况进行综述。
Liposomes are lipid microcapsules composed of a phospholipid bilayer with an aqueous core. The inclusion of multiple substances in the membrane of its aqueous and lipid bilayers makes it a novel targeted drug delivery agent. The preparation has the advantages of targeting, long-acting, low toxicity, sustained release, non-immunogenicity and protection of encapsulated drugs. The preparation has attracted the attention of medical researchers at home and abroad and its research and development speed is quite alarming. At present, its applications have been widely applied in the fields of life science and membrane engineering, and gradually applied to clinical applications. This article reviews the recent advances in the application of liposomes in medicine, especially its application in stomatology.
