采用粉末冶金法制备了二硫化钼-石墨-银基复合材料。研究了二硫化钼含量对石墨-银基复合材料物理与力学性能的影响。并在自制的摩擦磨损试验装置上考察了复合材料机械摩擦磨损和载流摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:二硫化钼的加入提高了复合材料的密度、硬度、抗弯强度和导电性。在载流和不载流条件下,随着二硫化钼含量的增加,复合材料的磨损率降低,但摩擦系数稍有升高;载流条件下,复合材料的摩擦系数小于未载流条件下的摩擦系数,磨损率比未载流条件下的大。
The molybdenum disulfide-graphite-silver matrix composites were prepared by powder metallurgy. The effects of molybdenum disulfide content on the physical and mechanical properties of graphite-silver matrix composites were investigated. The mechanical friction and wear properties and current-carrying friction and wear properties of the composites were investigated on a self-made friction and wear tester. The results show that the addition of molybdenum disulfide increases the density, hardness, flexural strength and electrical conductivity of the composites. Under current-carrying and non-current-carrying conditions, the wear rate of composites decreases with the increase of molybdenum disulfide content, but the friction coefficient slightly increases. Under the current-carrying conditions, the friction coefficient of the composites is less than that under non- The coefficient of friction, the wear rate is not larger than the current carrying conditions.
