Rand Corporation is the largest and most important military-oriented comprehensive strategic research institute in the United States. Known as the pioneer of the world think tank, Rand Corporation is closely related to the U.S. military and is known as the “Super Military Academy.” It was formally established in 1948 and is headquartered in Santa Monica, California.
