社会保险事业是实现高度一体化、社会化的管理服务,而这个社会化管理服务的基础就是社会保险管理体制和业务运作的一体化。笔者认为,应从以下几个方面完善管理体制、理顺管理职能。
Social insurance is a highly integrated and socialized management service. The basis of this socialized management service is the integration of the social insurance management system and business operations. The author believes that the following aspects should be improved management system, rationalize management functions.
