由青海山区农家收集到庭院栽培的红花资源29份,分为有刺和无刺两个类型14个品种。经测定,高原红花品种亚油酸含量平均为85.48%,高于国内70个品种平均水平(76.11%),更高于国外品种(61.78%),但含油率偏低,仅0.12%左右。
29 cultivated safflower resources collected by farmers in the mountainous areas of Qinghai Province were divided into 14 species of two types, barbed and stingless. The results showed that the average linoleic acid content of safflower cultivar in plateau was 85.48%, higher than the average of 70 varieties in China (76.11%) and higher than that of foreign cultivars (61.78%), but the oil content was only 0.12% lower.
