随着全球经济一体化的深入发展,我国综合国力不断提升,对外承包工程业务发展迅猛。但在快速发展的过程中也暴露出许多亟待解决的问题,不仅直接影响到其自身的健康发展,也关系到我国的国际声誉以及与工程项目所在国家的政治、经贸关系。
With the in-depth development of global economic integration, China’s overall national strength has been continuously improved and the business of foreign contracted projects has been developing rapidly. However, during the rapid development, many problems that are urgently needed to be solved are exposed, which not only directly affect their own healthy development, but also affect China’s international reputation and the political, economic and trade relations with the countries where the projects are located.
