The publication of “Historical Study” published “Mr. Mei Li’s” “Normalization of Sino-U.S. Relations” does not mean “The establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States”. This article believes that the United States’ “normalization of relations with China in 1972” and “the signing of the ”Shanghai Communique“ between China and the United States have become a sign of the normalization of Sino-U.S. relations.” I think the above view of this article is unscientific, and the sign of “normalization of Sino-U.S. relations” is not the “Sino-American” Shanghai.
