我从一九六八年参加中学教学工作起,就担任班主任。一九七六年开始,我又连续做乱班、差班的班主任。这十年来,是我当班主任的学徒期。下面我想就教育的主导作用和后进生的转化问题谈谈自己的体会。
I started as a class teacher in 1968 when I started to teach in secondary schools. Since 1976, I have continued to work as a class teacher in shifts and classes. This is the apprenticeship of my head teacher this decade. Now I want to talk about my own experience on the leading role of education and the transformation of the undergraduates.
