龚嘴水轮发电机组增容改造是东方电机对1970年代投运的7台老混流式机组实施更新换代的项目,本文介绍了引进转轮及全套技术资料而改造的#1、#5机出现的问题及处理,为解决这些问题东电所作的改进工作以及在后续机组改造中水轮机结构优化设计要点和取得的改造成果。
The expansion of Gongzui turbine generator unit is a project of Dongfang Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. to upgrade and replace seven old mixed-flow generating units put into operation in the 1970s. This paper introduces the appearance of # 1 and # 5 units reformed by introducing runner and a full set of technical data Issues and treatment of these issues to improve the work done by the company as well as in the follow-up unit transformation of turbine structural optimization design and made the transformation results.
