“百年大计教育为本,教育大计教师为本”。和谐的艺术教育能有效地开发个体潜能,激发学生的创造冲动,升华精神境界,提高生活质量,培养完整的人格。在构建和谐艺术教育的今天,更应注重音乐教师自身的专业成长,强化责任意、发展意识、质量意识、科研意识,通过各种途径不断提高教师的育人育德水平、综合素质等方面的能力。几年来,我校探讨并尝试了“以赛促培,培赛结合”的教师培训方式。以此促进教师的发展,推动课改的步伐。
