食蟹猴较恒河猴不易感染疟原虫。本文报道来源于菲律宾和毛里求斯的两种不同种的食蟹猴感染柯氏疟原虫(P.coatneyi)后在临床表现、寄生虫学、生物学及免疫学等方面的差异。
Cynomologus monkeys are less susceptible to malaria than rhesus monkeys. This article reports the differences in clinical manifestations, parasitology, biology and immunology between two different species of cynomolgus monkey originating from the Philippines and Mauritius after being infected with P. copeparini.
