目的:优化结肠炎定位片提取工艺。方法:以吸水率、加水量、提油时间为因素考察挥发油提取工艺;以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素进行正交试验,采用3因素3水平的正交设计,以大黄素含量及80%醇浸出物量作为指标值。结果:试验表明提取挥发油以加10倍量水,蒸馏8h为佳;煎煮次数和加水量对大黄素提取量及80%醇浸出物量具显著影响,最优煎煮提取工艺为煎煮3次,加12倍量水,煎煮半小时。结论:确定了结肠炎定位片的最佳提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of colitis locating tablets. Methods: The extraction process of volatile oil was investigated with the factors of water absorption, water addition and oil extraction time. The orthogonal experiment was carried out by adding water, decocting time and decocting times. The orthogonal design with 3 factors and 3 levels, The content of pigment and the content of alcohol extract of 80% were used as index value.
