目的 :研究外科剖胸手术对 70岁以上高龄胸部肿瘤病人的可行性及其影响。方法 :选择 35例 70岁以上胸部肿痛的病人进行常规肿瘤切除手术并观察所产生的各种结果。结果 :大多数老年患者均顺利恢复 ,术后各种并发症发生率为2 3 % ,死亡 3例。结论 :高龄不是手术禁忌症 ,必须综合病人的全身情况、心肺功能来决定。
Objective: To study the feasibility and effect of surgical thoracic surgery on 70-year-old or older chest tumor patients. Methods : Thirty-five patients with chest pain and swelling over 70 years old were selected for routine tumor resection and observed for various results. Results: Most elderly patients recovered smoothly. The incidence of postoperative complications was 2 3%, and 3 patients died. Conclusion : Old age is not a contraindication to surgery. It must be determined based on the patient’s general condition and cardiopulmonary function.
