采用衍射光栅在谱平面上滤波的光学系统，提出两次曝光之间在像平面上错动全息干版的错位云纹干涉法。用此方法分别获得面内位移导数（应变）场和平板弯曲离面位移的二阶导数（曲率）场的计算公式，并进行了实验验证，实验结果与理论值符合良好。
An optical system using a diffraction grating for filtering on the spectrum plane is proposed to shift the staggered moire interferometry in the image plane between the two exposures which is in error on the holographic plate. The formulas of the second derivative (curvature) field of the in-plane displacement derivative (strain) field and the plate bending-out-of-plane displacement are respectively obtained by this method and verified by experiments. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical values.
