为了促进连锁店的健康发展,现将连锁店登记管理的有关问题通知如下:一、设立的条件(一)连锁店应由总部、配送中心和若干个门店组成;(二)统一采购配送商品,购销分离,统一质量标准,实行规范化经营管理;(三)总部应具备企业法人条件,配送中心可以是总部内设机构,单独设立的配送中心应由总部控股;(四)企业登记管理法律、法规规定的其他条件.

In order to promote the healthy development of chain stores, we hereby notify the following issues concerning the registration management of chain stores as follows: I. Conditions for the Establishment (1) The chain stores shall consist of headquarters, distribution centers and a number of stores; (2) Uniform procurement and distribution of commodities, (3) The headquarter shall have the conditions of corporate juridical person, the distribution center may be the internal agency of the headquarter, and the separately set up distribution center shall be controlled by the headquarter; (4) The business registration and management laws and regulations stipulate the other condition.
