变压器问世已有近百年的历史。但变压器的工作原理始终未变。变压器技术的发展是以结构的改进、新工艺、新材料的使用来体现的。目前国外变压器的发展方向以产品结构合理,所用材料种类尽可能少,加工工艺尽可能简单,新材料新工艺的广泛采用,来实现产品高可靠、低成本的目的。国内变压器生产,新工艺、新材料也搞了一些,生产线上广泛采用的并不多。本文(就笔者所见所闻)介绍一些国内外变压器的概况,供阅者参考。一、变压器在结构上铁心和线圈是必不可少的,其它都属于辅助配件。配件越少,
Transformers come out nearly a hundred years of history. However, the working principle of the transformer has not changed. Transformer technology is the development of structural improvements, new technology, the use of new materials to reflect. At present, the development direction of foreign transformers to product structure is reasonable, the types of materials used as little as possible, as simple as possible processing technology, new materials widely used new technology to achieve high-reliability products, low-cost purposes. This article (I saw and heard of the author) introduces the overview of some domestic and foreign transformers, for the reader reference.
