统计信息作为政府宏观决策的依据之一,信息质量至关重要。尤其是在国际金融危机的背景下,显得尤为突出。要千方百计提高统计数据的质量,要对党和政府负责、要对历史负责、要对从业职业道德和操守负责,要充分认识提高统计数据质量的重要性。但由于经济成分的复杂化、经济活动的多样化,利益格局的多元化,使统计信息失实现象没有得到有效遏制。本文对造成统计信息失实的成因进行了分析,阐述提高统计信息质量的主要措施,旨在更加严谨地搞好统计信息的准确性问题。
As one of the bases of government’s macro-decision-making, the quality of information is of crucial importance. Especially in the context of the international financial crisis, it is particularly prominent. To do everything possible to improve the quality of statistical data, it is necessary to be responsible to the party and the government, to be responsible for history, to be responsible for professional ethics and ethics, and to fully understand the importance of improving the quality of statistical data. However, due to the complication of economic components, the diversification of economic activities and the diversification of the pattern of interests, the failure of statistical information to be effectively contained has not been effectively checked. This paper analyzes the causes of the untrue statistical information, and elaborates the main measures to improve the quality of statistical information so as to improve the accuracy of statistical information more rigorously.
