一、原有基础上的再教学体现了方法的灵活性本次研讨活动不同于以往的同课异构,最大的区别在于点评教师上课建立在前两位教师教学基础上。点评教师对上课的老师的教学进行点评后,在改进与补充的基础上重新编写教案,次日由点评教师再教学的方式展开。这样的活动形式带给大家最大的收获是:针对前面课中发现的问题,如何去调整与改进,给大家提供了思路,体现了教研方法的灵活性与有效性。例如:同样的二年级《直跑屈腿跳高》,黄欢老师上的是第四课时,汤芹老师则是第二课时,结果却产生了同样的效果,这就引发了大家的思考,第二
