放射状角膜切开作为一种纠正低度和中度近视的手术,正受到普遍的关注。临床试验的初步报告表明,手术效果差别很大,也不能预料。遗憾的是,在临床应用前,其安全性及手术疗效等均未充分地进行动物试验。作者选择有类似人眼前弹力膜和Schlemm管的猴眼作放射状角膜切开术,并作了长期的临床病理研究。共27只眼分为两组:(1)13眼作临床研究。其中7眼做8条切口,6眼做16条切口。手术前及术后1、2、4、6个月分别测定角膜曲度、角膜内皮、角膜厚度、眼内压以及眼轴长、角膜直径和检影验光。后三者因未发现差异或结果不能重复未再继续测定。(2)14眼分别于术后0、1、2、7、14、30、90、180天摘出眼球,作组织病理及超微结构研究。麻醉后置人开睑器,以3mm环钻在角膜中心区做标记。用
Radial keratotomy as a correction of low and moderate myopia surgery, is receiving widespread attention. Preliminary reports of clinical trials show that the effect of surgery varies widely and can not be predicted. Unfortunately, before clinical application, its safety and surgical efficacy, etc. are not fully animal experiments. The authors chose a monkey eye similar to the anterior eye stretch membrane and Schlemm tube for radial keratotomy and made long-term clinical and pathological studies. A total of 27 eyes were divided into two groups: (1) 13 eyes for clinical study. Seven of them made eight incisions and six made 16 incisions. Corneal curvature, corneal endothelium, corneal thickness, intraocular pressure, axial length, corneal diameter and retinoscopy were measured before operation and at 1, 2, 4 and 6 months after operation. After the latter three were found no differences or the results can not be repeated no longer measured. (2) Fourteen eyes were enucleated at 0, 1, 2, 7, 14, 30, 90 and 180 days respectively for histopathological and ultrastructural studies.
