陕西人教社实行一社两制见成效陕西人民教育出版社的一社两制是伴随着出版社由单纯生产型向生产经营型的转变而实行的。他们的办社宗旨是“以编辑为主体,以发行印刷为两翼”,编辑人员基本上是全民所有制,发行印刷人员基本上是集体所有制。社里第一把手亲自抓发行,使自办发行的图书码洋逐年上升。该社大胆收购五家小型集体印刷厂,承担社里一些短平快图书的印刷任务。全社已有137种图书在全国和省以上图书评选中获奖,利税以每年
