对平圩电厂500kV升压站铝合金连接板的断裂进行了化学、金相、断口分析和力学性能试验。阐明了该连接板的失效原因和断裂机制。提出了防止失效的措施和改进建议。
The chemical, metallurgical, fracture analysis and mechanical property tests of the fracture of the aluminum alloy connecting plate of 500kV booster station in Pingwei Power Plant were carried out. Clarified the failure of the connecting plate and fracture mechanism. Proposed measures to prevent failure and suggestions for improvement.
