我厂的磨浮工艺为两段磨矿两段浮选;第二段磨矿细度为-0.074毫米92%以上。实践表明金浮选回收率是随磨矿细度的提高而提高的。而影响磨矿细度进一步提高的重要因素是分级设备分级效率低,粗细分不开;因此不断探索和研制高效率的联合分级方案,是提高我厂磨矿细度乃致回收率的重要途径。 原第二段磨矿是采用斜板分级箱与螺旋分级机组成联合分级。但因斜板分级箱易堵,堵后不管你是将箱内矿砂放掉还是任其堵着,最后均导致金属流失。因此我们改用旋流器与螺旋分级机组成联合
