采用20个随机引物对洞庭湖区三种不同体色的黄鳝群体(分别以A、B、C区分)进行随机扩增多态性DNA分析。结果12个引物的扩增效果良好,统计学分析表明,黄鳝A与黄鳝B的遗传距离较小(0 054107)且与A、B两个群体内的遗传距离(分别为0 045000、0 038217)相近,说明黄鳝A、B两个群体的遗传差异不明显;而黄鳝C与黄鳝A的遗传距离(0 123654)以及黄鳝C与黄鳝B的遗传距离(0 134074)均明显大于黄鳝A与黄鳝B的遗传距离,且由引物S326和S462扩增出的5条特异性谱带可以作为区分黄鳝C与黄鳝A、B两个群体的遗传标记,说明黄鳝C与黄鳝A、B两个群体之间遗传差异性十分明显。
Twenty random primers were used to analyze random amplified polymorphic DNA (DNA) of three different color body eel groups in Dongting Lake (A, B and C, respectively). Results The amplification results of 12 primers were good. The statistical analysis showed that the genetic distance between Eel A and Eel B was small (0 054107) and that of A and B were 0 045000 and 0 038217 respectively (0 12 3654) and the genetic distance (0 134074) between Monopterus albus C and Monopterus albus B were significantly greater than those of Monopterus albus A and Monopterus albus B , And the five specific bands amplified by primers S326 and S462 can be used as the genetic markers to distinguish the two groups of Eel C and Eel A and B, indicating that between Eel C and Eel A and B Genetic differences are obvious.
