I was born in 1964, in 1982 to participate in the tax work of a local tax cadre. In my five years as secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of Shuangyashan Local Taxation Bureau, I actively responded to the call of the Communist Youth League Committee and participated in the Hope Project to help out-of-school children. In 1998, I participated in the Chinese Young Volunteer Poverty Alleviation Relay and made a one-year rural female teacher to Xin Village, Xincun Township, Jingle County, Shanxi Province, in 592 nationally designated poor counties.
