“让农家女书社成为一个载体,为农村姐妹搭建一个展示自我价值的平台,让农家女像深埋在地下的金子一样发光、发热!”这是赴京培训时,谢丽华老师曾对我们说过的话,我永远不会忘记!通过参与创办、管理书社,我的才华得以施展,我的组织、协调能力也有了很大提高,待人处世的方式也有了很大改善。在与姐妹们齐心协力管理书社的同时,我收获了友谊,更收获了自信。虽然因工作关系,我不再做书社负责人,但每次书社有大的活动,我都积极参加——我知道,我和姐妹们的心是连在一起的。当我们的节目受到领导和群众的称赞及专业老师的好评时,我从心底感谢姐妹:是大家齐心协力
