党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》拉开了我国各个领域全面改革的序幕,也为房地产深化改革指明了方向。三中全会提出“紧紧围绕市场在资源配置中起决定性作用深化经济体制改革”“健全以国家发展战略和规划为导向、以财政政策和货币政策为主要手段的宏观调控体系”“建立城乡统一的建设用地市场”“加快房地产税立法并适时推进改革”等一系列阐述,虽然笔墨不多但直指房地产领域的要害,基本构勒出房地产深化改革的蓝图和发展前景。
