作为具有时代精神的教师,在其服务社会的教育劳动中获得主体自我价值实现的同时,必须具有自主的觉悟与觉醒,即具有自我评价与反思的能力。而教师的自我评价与反思能力在现在的校园中却是被教师本人忽略的问题,是教师成长过程中的最大缺失。我在工作中,注意从自己的实际工作中,有针对性地进行反思。下面以我的日记教学为例,说一说我是如何与学生进行交流的。我在日常的教学中注重学生的日记写作能力培养,注意针对学生的生活实际,结合不同学段的相关学习目
