将法治内容融入中小学课程有助于法治理念在中小学的价值彰显、有助于中小学教育更加规范有序、有助于培养未来社会的法治公民,而这又是学校课程目标指向社会发展的现实诉求、课程内容反映时代特征的内在诉求和课程实施与评价科学规范的本体诉求。将法治内容融入中小学课程的路径是融入课程计划编制和课程标准的开发、融入课程实施与课程评价和融入校本课程开发的具体实践中。
Integrating the content of the rule of law into primary and secondary school curriculums can help demonstrate the value of the concept of the rule of law in primary and secondary schools and is conducive to a more standardized and orderly primary and secondary education that helps to foster citizens of the rule of law in the future society. The content of the course reflects the inner appeal of the characteristics of the times and the ontology of the curriculum implementation and evaluation of scientific norms. The way to integrate the content of the rule of law into primary and secondary school curriculum is to integrate curriculum planning and the development of curriculum standards into practice of curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation and integration into school-based curriculum development.
