通过改变无模拉拔工艺参数研究了它的线径动态响应,分析了无模拉拔工艺参数对线径的敏感性。结果表明,随拉拔速度、进料速度和加热电流脉冲的变化,动态响应曲线的峰值和线径波动量呈近似线性关系,随冷热源距离脉冲变化呈非线性关系;冷热源距离的敏感度因子随脉冲变化量发生改变;拉拔速度、进料速度和加热电流的敏感度因子几乎不变。拉拔速度是无模拉拔线径控制的最主要参数。
The dynamic response of the wire diameter was studied by changing the parameters of dieless drawing, and the sensitivity of dieless drawing parameters to wire diameter was analyzed. The results show that with the change of drawing speed, feeding speed and heating current pulse, the peak value and diameter fluctuation of dynamic response curve have an approximate linear relationship, The sensitivity factor changes with pulse variation; the sensitivity factors for drawing speed, feed rate and heating current are almost constant. Drawing speed is the most important parameter of dieless drawing diameter control.
