针对甘肃省甘南草原上大面积种植中草药项目缺乏配套农机具的问题,研制了2BM-5型切沟式草原药用免耕播种机。提出了在潮湿和多石块的草原上采用圆盘刀切沟、镇压器合沟的新播种机型;分析和确定了切沟刀、镇压器等关键部件的结构参数。田间试验结果表明,采用2BM-5型免耕播种机能够保证单位面积的基本苗数,种子深度合格率达82.5%,出苗率提高6.25%,能满足作物生长需求。
In view of the lack of supporting agricultural machinery for large-scale planting Chinese herbal medicine project in Gannan grassland of Gansu Province, a 2BM-5 tangerine-free no-tillage planter has been developed. The new sowing model of cutting ditch and crusher ditch on the humid and multi-rocky steppe was proposed. The structural parameters of the key components such as the ditch cutter and the crusher were analyzed and determined. The results of field experiments showed that the 2BM-5 no-till planter could ensure the basic seedling number per unit area, seed pass rate of 82.5% and emergence rate of 6.25%, which could meet the demand of crop growth.
