目的:探讨十全大补汤对小鼠肺癌转移、肿瘤细胞周期的影响。方法:50只C57BL/6小鼠接种Lewis肺癌瘤株,随机分为5组,给予不同浓度的十全大补汤进行干预,15天后处死小鼠,镜下计数小鼠肺表面转移结节数、采用流式细胞光度术(FCM)对各组肿瘤细胞周期进行检测。结果:十全大补汤低、中、高剂量组均可抑制转移灶,阻滞肿瘤细胞在G0/G1期,下调S期比例,以中剂量组明显,与模型组比较有统计学意义。结论:十全大补汤抗肿瘤转移机制可能与阻滞细胞在G1期,使S期细胞减少有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shiquan Dabu Tang on lung cancer metastasis and tumor cell cycle in mice. Methods: Fifty C57BL / 6 mice were inoculated with Lewis lung carcinoma cell lines and randomly divided into five groups. The rats were treated with Shiquan Dabu Decoction at different concentrations. After 15 days, the mice were sacrificed and the numbers of lung surface metastases The cell cycle of tumor cells in each group was detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Results: Shidu Dabu Tang low, medium and high dose groups can inhibit the metastasis, blocking the tumor cells in the G0 / G1 phase, down S phase ratio to the middle dose group, compared with the model group was statistically significant. Conclusion: The mechanism of Shiquan Dabu Tang antitumor metastasis may be related to arresting cells in G1 phase and decreasing S phase cells.
