9喷油泵的修理喷油泵也叫高压油泵,是柴油机重要组成部分,它的工作好坏直接影响到柴油机的性能。喷油泵的作用是提高柴油压力,按各气缸的工作次序和柴油机工作需要将一定数量的高压柴油,依次通过各喷油器,喷入气缸。喷油泵是利用柱塞在柱塞套中作往复运动,然后泵出高压燃油。喷油泵的种类和型式很多,目前在柴油机中普遍采用的是柱塞式喷油泵和分配式喷油泵。 X410S柴油机喷油泵工作原理如图63所示。
9 injection pump repair Injection pump, also known as high-pressure pump, diesel engine is an important part of its work directly affects the performance of a diesel engine. The role of fuel injection pump is to increase diesel pressure, according to the working order of each cylinder and diesel engine needs a certain amount of high-pressure diesel, followed by the injector, into the cylinder. Fuel injection pump is the use of plunger in the plunger sleeve for reciprocating motion, and then pump out high-pressure fuel. There are many types and types of fuel injection pumps. At present, plunger pumps and distributed fuel injection pumps are commonly used in diesel engines. X410S diesel fuel injection pump works as shown in Figure 63.
