(一)水利综合经营项目可行性研究中财务分析的必要性水利综合经营不但可以在管好水利工程的同时增加社会财富,发展商品经济,而且还可使水利工程管理单位增加收入,用以改善职工的物质文化生活条件,稳定职工队伍,发挥水利工程的综台优势。近几年来,水利综合经营搞得好的地区,还为工程维护提供了一部分补充资金来源。所以,因地制宜地大力发展综合经营事业,是水利工程管理单位“转轨变型”
(1) The necessity of financial analysis in the feasibility study of integrated water conservancy projects The comprehensive water conservancy management not only can increase the social wealth while managing the water conservancy projects, but also can increase the income of the water conservancy project management unit to improve the commodity economy. Workers’ material and cultural living conditions, stabilizing the workforce, and giving full play to the advantages of water conservancy projects. In recent years, well-integrated water conservancy operations have provided some sources of supplementary funding for project maintenance. Therefore, it is the “transformation variant” of the management unit of water conservancy projects to vigorously develop the comprehensive management business according to local conditions.
