为了实现选矿加药自动化,达到在选矿过程中按照工艺要求定时、定量、定点地将各种选矿药剂加入矿浆料糟之目的,探讨用微机控制选矿加药机。合理选择控制系统的软硬件结构,妥善解决有关技术问题,即以PLC作为下位机控制药剂流量,IPC作为上位机实现加药量控制模型计算和相关处理,通过PLC和IPC的串行通信单元实现数据和控制信息的交换,使该系统达到预期的控制目的。
