推导出镀前钢丝直径的理论计算公式，讨论了镀前钢丝直径、镀后钢丝直径及镀层重量三者之间的关系；给出了在镀层重量波动条件下，满足镀后钢丝直径要求的镀前钢丝公称直径及偏差的计算公式及计算值修约规则。
The theoretical calculation formula of the diameter of the pre-plated steel wire is deduced. The relationship between the diameter of the pre-plated steel wire, the diameter of the steel wire after plating and the weight of the coating is discussed. The relationship between the thickness of the steel wire before plating and the weight of the coating is given. Calculation formula of nominal diameter and deviation of front steel wire and rules of calculation and revision.
