目的 :以最佳的麻醉状态 ,减轻患者的痛苦 ,减少并发症。方法 :将需要作纤维支气管镜检查的 90例患者 ,随机分为ABC三个组 ,每组 30例。A组 :氧气喷雾法 ;B组 :超声雾化法 ;C组 :喉头喷雾法。从麻醉效果 ,达到有效麻醉时间 ,平均耗药量 ,血气分析等方面进行研究。结果 :麻醉效果 :A组优于B、C两组 ;达到有效麻醉时间 ;平均耗药量A组低于B、C两组 ;血气 :A组麻醉前、后无显著差异 ,B、C两组有显著性差异。结论 :氧气喷雾法 ,麻醉效果好 ,用药量少 ,时间短 ,副作用小 ,提高了纤支镜检查的安全度 ,值得推广应用
OBJECTIVE: To relieve the patient’s pain and reduce complications with optimal anesthesia. Methods: Ninety patients who needed to be examined by fiberoptic bronchoscopy were randomly assigned to three groups of ABC, 30 in each. Group A: oxygen spray method; Group B: ultrasonic atomization method; Group C: laryngeal spray method. From the anesthesia, to achieve effective anesthesia time, the average consumption, blood gas analysis and other aspects of research. Results: The effects of anesthesia were better in group A than those in groups B and C, and the effective anesthesia time was reached. The average consumption of drugs in group A was lower than that in group B and C. There was no significant difference between group A and group B before and after anesthesia. Group had significant difference. Conclusion: Oxygen spray method has good anesthetic effect, less dosage, shorter time and less side effects, which improves the safety of fiberoptic bronchoscopy and is worth popularizing and applying
