1984年 Scheinbeig 等报道,12例未经治疗的 Wilson 病病人大脑皮层灰质■为93～297μg/g 干重,约18～59μg/g 湿重,基底节的含量则稍低.而7例正常的大脑皮层的铜含量为19.6～32.6(平均26.2)μg/g干重,平均5.2μg/g 湿重.由于脑组织取自尸检标本,反映的是晚期确诊和治疗无效的病例。作者报道21例死于 Wilson 病病人的脑部所见,其中12例未治疗或稍治疗,仅5例治疗1年多。10例死于肝病,11例死于 Wilson 病。作者检查脑组织铜含量,以μg/g
In 1984, Scheinbeig et al.
