一般在车床上精车工件时,都是根据中拖板的手柄刻度进刀,但这种刻度的对应进刀量较大,对微量进刀不易掌握。我们根据小拖板(如图所示)旋转一个α角度后,小拖板手柄转一圈,刀架移动一个螺距t,而产生横向分量Δ的原理,进行微量进刀。这种方法只要按Δ=tsina的关系,把小刀架转动一个适当角度,使Δ分量达到所需要的数值即可。这不但可精车
